As a practical matter, the vast majority of our clients are within a 100 mile radius of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We serve many clients in Delaware, New Jersey and in the New York metro Area. There are some intangible advantages of dealing with a "local" service including the ability to have "face-to-face" meetings, site visits, and dealing with call attendants that have regional familiarity with names, places, accents, and the like. But being in our local service area does not preclude us from doing a great job for you.
There is no reason why we can't answer for a business or organization across the country. We do. In fact, one of our largest clients is located in Houston, Texas. We also answer for several local clients that have offices in other states. Another large client that we answer for is locally based, but calls come in from around the country on a toll-free number. For this client we take hundreds of advance registrations each month for one day seminars in cities all over the U.S. In addition, we also obtain marketing information by asking a series of questions at the time of the registration. This way sales leads can be developed prior to the seminars. All of the data that we capture is transmitted electronically in a format so that nothing has to ever be retyped. Even the name badges given out at each seminar are generated automatically from the initial registration call.
