The corporate offices of MedCom Professional Services are located in Levittown, Pennsylvania, about thirty minutes north of Philadelphia, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. MedCom was established in 1987 and provides premiere telephone answering and call center services for medical, commercial and professional clients throughout the United States. MedCom provides services for international callers as well.

Certified (Gold Level) and we are active members of the Startel National Users
Group. This certification helps ensure that we will be operational and available
to take calls at least 99.99% of the time. In addition, MedCom is the recipient
of the coveted ATSI Award of Excellence (Gold Level) for customer service excellence
by our industry trade group, the Association of Tele-messaging Services International.
We have received this award for five years running. All of our supervisors and
senior CSRs are Certified by the Startel National Users Group.
In
keeping with our high operating standards, we maintain
emergency backup systems including four 3.1 KVA battery backups (with continuous
power conditioning), a 35 KVA emergency back-up generator, mirrored disk drives
in each network server, and a fully redundant standby Startel switch. We are
